I am an Information Technology Professional located in southeast Wisconsin. Over the past decade (and then some), I have developed a diverse background in information systems and a high interest in information security. With a lifelong passion for computers and electronic communications, my official studies have focused on topics such as Information Security, Policies and Procedures, Server and Desktop Administration, and both LAN and WAN infrastructure technologies. Since finishing my Bachelors Degree, I have also ventured into the telecommunications world and developed a fluent understanding of business telephone systems - known as Private Branch eXchanges - or you probably have heard of them referred to as a "PBX". I have worked with a couple of commercial systems, but found a love for Asterisk. To further my education, I earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Walden Univeristy in 2011.
One of my strengths is my ambition to troubleshoot any kind of technical problem, and I thrive off of finding solutions to the most complex of problems.
